Frequently Asked Questions

I already have an account with the city. Do I need a new one?

No! You can use your same account. But make sure you are on the library’s site to login and see all of the programs we are offering.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No! We highly recommend using an email address to create your own account, but staff can create an account for you without an email address. Please call or come into any of our locations for assistance.

If you are interested in setting up an email address but need help, register for a one on one tech help appointment and a staff member can assist you.

What are activities?

ActiveNet calls programs activities so anytime you see an activity that is a library program.
