World Environment Day

June 5 marks the 50th anniversary of World Environment Day. A United Nations international day, World Environment Day celebrates environmental action and the power of governments, businesses and individuals to create a more sustainable world.

This year, the World Environment Day campaign, #BeatPlasticPollution, calls for global solutions to combat plastic pollution. Learn more about World Environment Day and this year’s campaign on the website: worldenvironmentday.global
