Staff Picks for Asian Heritage Month

May is Asian Heritage Month in Canada and Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month in the United States. This month allows Canadians an opportunity to learn more about the history of Canadians of Asian heritage and to celebrate their contributions to Canada.
We asked our staff for some of their favourite books written by Asian authors and we’ve compiled the suggestions here. We’ve organized them into broad categories and noted which of our staff members suggested the title. We hope you find a new book (or three) to pick up!
