Reese's Book Club Picks

Way back in 2017, Reese Witherspoon began her own book club, following in the steps of celebrities like Oprah who have been choosing and promoting their favourite books for years. Witherspoon chooses stories from all genres and authors of all backgrounds so readers are always sure to find a great book among her picks. In December 2021, Witherspoon chose the first ever Canadian authored novel for her book club: Lucky by Marissa Stapley (Borrow).

Our book clubs read Lucky this year so we’ve invited Stapley to the library for a special Tea Talk event on Sunday, May 28. Tickets are just $20 and you get to hear from the bestselling author all while enjoying a delicious afternoon tea. Find out more and register here: nfpl.info/TeaTalk. Tickets are only on sale until Thursday, May 18 so don’t miss out!

Below is a list of all Witherspoon’s picks for 2023 (so far) and 2022. Find the full list in our catalogue here: nfpl.info/ReesesBooks. Happy reading!
