Information about the material you're requesting:
• Author
• Title
• The kind of resource, e.g. book, CD, video

Information about you:
• Name
• E-mail address
• Library card barcode (14 digit number)

Please note

• We cannot add all suggested materials.
• If the book is ordered, you will be placed on the hold list.
• If the book is not ordered, you will be notified.
• If there is a particular book or information you need that we do not have, we can try to borrow it for you from another library through our Interlibrary Loan service.
