| Framed of heavy, hand-hewn timbers, wooden-pegged; rough-cast on split lath. Rear extension of later date. Main building evidently well over 100 years old. Originally surrounded by verandah (wooden course in stucco shows where verandah roof attached) Sash in side windows probably original. Owned and ocupied in 1870's (Probably earlier) by George Duncan, grocer Main Street, Father of Sheriff Geo. J. Duncan |
