In partnership with the Multicultural Network of Niagara Falls and the the Niagara Folk Arts Multicultural Centre Council, the Niagara Falls Public Library will be hosting the  English Cafe. The purpose of this program is to provide an opportunity for newcomers or people learning English to practice speaking with others, in a safe and supportive environment, and discover library services while they are here. Sessions are facilitated by trained volunteers. It is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Meetings are held Monday evenings and begin at 6:30 pm, they are informal and will last about an hour. No registration is required and there is no cost to participate.
The program is held on the 1st, 3rd & 4th Monday of each month.

The Library offers a variety of items to help learn English. Reference and Information Department staff can assist with selecting materials.
